  • I have powerful emotions , some I cant control or understand but I notice sometimes I can do little things to make the day a bit better .. going for a walk , reading , having a long shower ( sit down shower ) laying down and resting but not really thinking , meditation can help . I sometimes find sex / masturbation can help but not always . It all depends on the emotion and how powerful it is but the goal is to keep trying to overcome it , prevail against it .. come out the victor and don't let it control you :D
