its really twisted to think that fear rape is caused by vanity. rape is about power and control and making other people feel like shit, not lust or attraction. if all of your friends are afraid of being raped there could be someone or several people who are dangerous in the neighborhood. the thing is that its really weird for a whole group of people to fear being raped. obviously they weren't all brainwashed so they are afraid for a reason. i mean if they haven't said anything to you i think it is because of your stupid attitude. based on the narrow minded things you said don't seem like you would emphathize with someone who's been sexually assaulted or raped. its good not live in fear and it does sound like they are paranoid. but its likely they have a pretty good reason.
