The real reason people are afraid of being watched is because they feel they have to hide something from somebody. Usually that "somebody" is some overbearing, nosy, argumentative, controlling asshole in their lives. Typically a parent or spouse.
The key is to get those people OUT or your life. Does one really think that the rest of the world cares what we say or do?
Just really think about it - when you are worried that someone will see or hear your actions, what you are REALLY worried about is having to hear a parent or spouse bitch about it AGAIN.
If you are not married or in a relationship, stay single. Otherwise split things off. I used to be married and it sucked.
Just remember also - it is better to be single and lonely than it is to be in a relationship and miserable
