It might be that way at first, as most jobs which are currently occupied by men would be left vacant, but eventually women would step up to the necessary tasks.
That's what humans do, they adapt. In WW2 for instance, a bunch of women had to take traditionally male jobs, like producing munitions and ships, and other engineering. Seems like they got it done fine.
Comments like yours about how the world world be without one sex or the other ignore how the sexes affect each other's behavior. Many women have just left certain things up to men because they can comfortably afford to.
Things like construction might be done on a slightly smaller scale due to the physically smaller and weaker humans working on them, but it'd probably be more or less the same.
The world would be safer and better with only women
