    I think it was first recorded in the fourteenth century as an insult "John Fuckinthenavel" during a court case.

          I knew a girl who had a threesome with another girl and a guy, I think her name was Sharon Peters. The guy was Clyde Max. Lol.

          With both my comments here, I just wanted to make sure I was thinking up names that wasn't used in Austin Powers, like Ivana Humphalot and Dixie Normous.
