The way i view myself

or rather, the way i used to view myself...anyways..Last year i was a senior in highschool. Everyday i would go to school with this demented image of myself. i would picture myself rambling uselessly whenever i was talking to others. like everything i said was jibberish, even though i was speaking perfectly fine. i would feel like such a worthless disgusting crawling human being. i would just go home and cry because i just didnt know what to do. my mom would ask me whats wrong and all i could say was, its just one of those days. anyone else feel like this?

I've felt like that most of my childhood, but sometimes a little less intense than what you describe. I'm sorry you feel this way.

Yes, this is normal--though it's likely not healthy. Poor self image is a likely culprit, and where I feel you should focus your energy to overcome these feelings.

First, other people feel like that too--they are likely self-conscious as well, and the fact that they are not feeling those same feelings you are does not mean there's anything wrong with you.

Until you can feel confident about yourself--until you can look at yourself in the mirror and simply know that you are no less and no more a human being than anyone else--then it will be difficult to project that mindset onto others.

If you're having trouble overcoming these feelings on your own, or if you're having trouble coming to terms with your own self worth, it could be very beneficial to talk to a professional, either psychologist or psychiatrist--it could completely turn your life around. Even if it fails to help you completely, you won't be any worse off than before, and you owe it to yourself to experience life to its fullest, to get the most out of every situation without feeling disgusted by yourself or your actions.

    hell yea it's normal
I think most girls like something different from time to time, including me, I mean my parents aren't exactly ecstatic about my bf, but IDC, if it's what you want, go for it =)

I feel that way to, most of the times at school.I would'nt tell anyone, I was to self-consious.
Just keep on encouraging yourself and try to become more confident and you wont feel as bad.
