It would, in fact, be odd if they DIDN'T hang that way: one almost always hangs lower than the other, even in animals (to prevent them from banging together when we walk, some speculate) - usually the left. Wikipedia reports that only 27.3%% of men report having testicles evenly hung, and they probably weren't looking close enough or something because that's weird.
