  • Yes, that's a fine idea, ignoring the war, being polite, as that stuff's going down well.

    • You ignore the war because you know that you have already won it, and aren't going to waste your time with the people still trying to fight yesterday's battles.

      The people who understand the war is over are people you are polite with.

      The ones who are stuck in the past are the ones you cut out of your life. Let them fight someone else - or perhaps a brick wall.
