Slowly, you are understanding this. There is a chain of causation. Rampant disease is caused by lack of medical programs; lack of medical programs is caused by corrupt public officials that extort money from clinics, corrupt public officials stay in power with military force from child soliders, .... and so forth.
Perhaps you can enlighten us. Where does this chain of causation originate? Does the spooked out consciousness of the people have an effect? An insightful analysis by you from your boat in paradise could have a real impact.
Are you saying Voodoo brought bad luck and spirits to the African people or are you saying that following these outdated ideas has caused Africa and its people to stay in a state most country's have moved past?

I have heard the saying, "If you are a gentile, the Jews will eat you." But I thought it referred to Jews teaming up to financially ruin Gentile business interests.
