Please go see a psychiatric doctor. But be aware that the doctor might be hearing voices, or might not be rationalizing things properly, also.
These types of things have become quite common, because a large percentage of the population is suffering from space-brain dementia, due to the weakening of the world's geomagnetic field.
You will probably need a referral from your family doctor, or from a general practitioner, if you don't have one.
If you are not satisfied with the level of care you are receiving from the first doctor, then seek another.
Also, if the psychiatric doctor prescribes any medications, follow as directed; BUT if you feel like you are losing control of yourself, discontinue using it, and tell the doctor that you can't handle the medication, and have stopped. Request a different medication, if this happens.
DO NOT take any drugs that are addictive!!! ASK the doctor if the medication prescribed is addictive or not, AND about any known side-effects from the prescribed medication(s).
