A tweaker is a drug addict, but the term only applies to certain drugs. Meth is a common drug to use it for, as is crack, but I've also heard it applied to amphetamines and PCP.
You're right that drug dealers are pretty normal, and it was silly of me to allow my judgement to be clouded by a stigma that I know is inaccurate, especially as I've known people who deal. I think here, it might kind of depend on the drug, as some have connections to organised crime, but meth is made, not imported. Still, I'm unsure as to how safe it would be. People do get hurt in drug deals, but it depends a lot on the circumstances. I would still have a problem with having someone I don't really know in my bathroom at unpredictable times, and I stand by what I said about potential theft, although "likely" may be too strong a word. If it were something less addictive, I wouldn't be so concerned, but meth is kind of serious business.
I failed to consider that I'd almost certainly end up on meth if a meth dealer were in my house regularly. Hmm.

Weed dealers are normal people but almost all the people on meth Ive been around are anything but normal. Meth dealers are almost always on meth.
