The thief. And keep anything valuable on me or locked away. Also sometimes I might set a trap so leave something out to steal with a tracker and as soon as it's stollen call the police and have him/her arrested. Also i'd probably have a way of having that person banned from the pawn shop.
I could handle the slob until you said he urinates in a bottle.
And the tweaker, i'd eventually kill him out of annoyance. So wouldn't want that.
