okay is it normal when you smoke like not even half a joint to roll around on the floor, and just laugh at everything and everybody, and feel "high" for hours.

    Probably. I personally do not, but weed affects everyone differently. A lot of that is probably mental though. You want to keep feeling high, therefore you do.
