Ok, first off, you absolutely have to stop watching tube porn. It's nothing but a black hole. I know that's what you're watching, because you can't help going onto the next 5 minute clip searching for the ultimate one (which never comes) and then suddenly it's 2 hours later and you're completely strung out and your web history is a complete mess. That leads to intense feelings of self loathing and loss.
You can still watch porn (even the hard stuff). Do you have a collection of videos that you keep hidden in a folder? Most guys do. Download more videos if you want, but do not under any circumstances consume any tube porn. Keep watching what you like to watch; as long as it's only those videos from your collection. Add more to the collection if you get bored with what you already have. But limit yourself. I mean don't go out on some porn bonanza on a torrent site or you'll end up feeling just as shitty as with the tube.
I don't know how far you want to go down the road to recovery. Maybe you would still like to watch once in a while (as I do). I can't tell you how to remain abstinent for any extended period of time because I don't. But you will become much happier if you begin the process of immersing yourself in social environments that naturally keep you away from your computer. That's what I do. I don't think about it when I'm away from it because I'm too busy. Stay busy.
