Dont get me wrong I dont think women should be banned from working lol I just dont see why it makes much sense for the man and the woman to split a fulltime schedule so they can on their off time try to work in their sleep schedule around a crying baby. Or the womans/mans entire paycheck goes to daycare.
If you're a woman making $600 a week and paying $600 a week in daycare seems abit retarded. Im not really against a man staying at home either if his wifes a doctor or something it makes sense. But on the other hand as a man I guess I just rather be the one providing and taking care of my family myself. I guess theres some kind of satisfaction knowing your family is able to just chill and do what they want because you are good at providing.
Ah, dude, I've been there. My first didn't latch on properly until she was 6 fucking months. That entire time I was pumping and I hated it. It was hard. So I can genuinely sympathise. It certainly doesn't work for everyone. But I have other friends who found it really easy and it allowed them to go back to work. So it's certainly an option worth exploring if the woman wants to work and still provide breastmilk.
Holy shit that women at work was a beast if she actually didnt mind it! I knew to stfu when my wife was pumping because she got heated. She would rip them off aggressively when she was done. She did it for a long ass time
The particular friend I'm thinking of who found it easy had a really easy time breastfeeding as well, so I think it all came naturally to her. She used a handpump on one side and fed the baby on the other, so she built up a supply of extra milk really quickly. I think she only pumped a bit at work to maintain her supply.
Fuck, I'm so glad I'm not having any more babies. All that pumping and breastfeeding stuff was really full on.
The pay gap is a myth

And btw my wife pumped and it was hell on earth. Our baby would never latch. Most women can not last pumping very long.
