    How many grams or micrograms per tablet? They come in different amounts.

      You are probably right Vinny. I wish I coud find a better way to relax They are 3 mg per tablet

        You said you take 15 of these 3mg pills? Because that is way too much, practically a melatonin overdose. Even though it won't kill you I can't imagine it being healthy.
