I would advise you to change that. There are numerous companies who will record your "yes"; append it to a question about your agreeing to pay for some service, and then it will cost you. This is a common scam for 900 number phone services where you pay though your phone bill.
I just normally use: Hello if I answer at all (I mostly let calls go to the answering machine or message system).
