    Catering to a mental illness is the opposite of helping someone's mental state. It's aiding their illness and victimizing them.

      again, until there is a medication or surgery that permanently cures gender dysphoria, allowing them to transition is the only current cure we have.

        Again, catering to a delusion isn't a cure but quite the opposite. It's augmentation of their delusions.
