me too! I've noticed when I do sit ups...something pops or rolls over in like my hip area or something...n it's kinda embarassin..well no actually it is scary more than embarrassing....what did u do 2 solve ur hip popping?! I started stretching 4 the past year n l8ly I've noticed that my hip pops whenever I lie down n then also my elbows n my right knee only n both my big toes keep on popping continuously n I think it's cuz of the stretching...I do it every night b4 I go 2 sleep but I think I need 2 reduce that...perhaps that's causin the problem! If u have more advice! I'd be glad 2 hear it! Thanks a lot!
