My brother and I used to play a game called "You Have to Choose One", which involved asking each other ethical questions and having to pick the lesser of two evils.
In this case, I would choose to let my mom die.
Because if I hypothetically banged my dad and she survived, then all three of us would be absolutely miserable. Our relationships with each other as a family would never be the same again.
I'd imagine that getting over the death of a loved one would be a lot easier than coping with the aftermath of incest.
