I doubt he will go to a psychiatrist and even if he does it probably wont do any good.
I do wonder if you should because something is obviously wrong with you for letting your dad fuck your girlfriend with you knowing. Most people would not tolerate that.
I don't know whats wrong with his wife or anyone who tolerates this behavior either.
Nobody is helping him, they're enabling him to do what he wants which will only make his behavior worse. He needs to be stood up to. Either stand up to him or get him out of your life is my advice.
