Yeah, I probably am thinking too much, but it's the only thing I can think about.
What you've said makes a lot of sense, and it's a shame to here so many people do it if either side doesn't give consent.
I agree with your last point, that it's acceptable if they both give consent, but I'm not sure about the whole thing really:/
