The head on my penis is realy sensative, when it's touched it hurts!

I'm afraid that's normal because your penis' head is meant to be sensitive. It's just the nerves in your penis making themselves known.

Maybe you touched it too roughly or hard, try very gently and it should be okay.

I think that happened to me as a preteen. only lasted a while. Part of puberty I think.

i have a long foreskin and i am very tender under it.... my foreskin stays covering my head even when erect and I also still have some overhang. it's often too sensitive to touch under it so i rarely pull my foreskin back except to wash.....this is just how it is or some uncut men. by the way I love my foreskin.... it's the best.

The clitoris is also very sensitive, but thankfully the hood is there to protect it... In your case, has it always been this "sensitive"?

that use to happen to me when i was a virgen... after having sex on a regular the tip started becoming less sensitive... i dont know if this is your case... no pun intended
