Lots of people have preferences and some idea of what their ideal mate would look like, but most people are sensible enough to be flexible about most things.
Many women have a strong preference for guys that are noticeably taller than themselves. If you feel the same, ask yourself if you can imagine how you might still be comfortable dating a guy the same height as yourself or even shorter if there were many other things about him that you found amazing. (Hint: if you can't do that, then you're incredibly fucking shallow. And I say that as a 6'4" guy...)
As far as breasts are concerned, yeah, many guys are fascinated by them and some are obsessed, but "big" is a purely subjective term when it comes to boobs. In any case, it seems that the guy hasn't actually said that he likes big boobs - you've only assumed this to be the case. You say you don't have large breasts and you've been with this guy more than once. If he's into boobs, you can be sure he checked out what your chest was like the first time he met you and he has a fair idea of what's going on there. Since he apparently wanted to see you again, I think it's fairly safe to assume he's not one of those guy's who's obsessed with enormous hooters. Some guys actually have a thing for neat little tits, and I think the majority of guys really don't care much what size they are, as long as they're available to play with.
Oh, and BTW, trying to be a 10/10 is a mug's game. You're no more perfect than any other human being and you never will be. Strive to accept yourself as you are. The best any of us can reasonably hope for from life is finding someone who accepts us as we are and who has faults and quirks that we can live with or even enjoy.
