In the underground toilets at Manchester Piccadilly railway station, at least three of the walls between cubicles had glory holes. Most of the wall was covered in dates/times when they'd be "manned" or phone numbers to arrange meets.
I'm stunned anyone was brave enough to use them. My first thought was always that if I poked little dappled through a hole in a wall that someone was on the other side of, the other party would be armed with a machete and little dappled would very swiftly be united with the toilet floor. Or, worse, flushed away never to be seen again!
