The foods of a puritan

Puritans eat stews of vegetables, such as beans, potatoes, corn, and squash (especially pumpkin), and eat berries, fish, clams, beef, pork, mutton, chicken and game meats, they pickled, canned, or salted their foods, and for breakfast eat a slice of dark coarse bread with butter or cheese, for supper leftover dinners or smoked or salted meats.

As a Puritan I eat the foods, but I'm a vegetarian eating not but the chicken, fish, ham, bacon, fruits and vegetables.

The food's simple, but Puritans also drink coffee, tea, rum, whiskey, wine, cider and gin.

It prevents beauty for beauty's sake, probably because it deviates from the norm.

Why do you prefer pop tarts? I don't think that contains brown sugar! I eat brown sugar in my coffee, so we're equally on the same plane.
