    The most popular girl in my school growing up was seen as gorgeous, I personally didn't even see it but that was how it was. Then I went to my first high school reunion so we were in our twenties and she was definitely without a doubt the least attractive girl there. Her face was swollen, she lost her jawline, had no chin, wrinkles already all over her face, etc. I was shocked. Meanwhile some people who I don't remember being attractive had a glow up and looked better than they did as a teen/kid.

    Im only 31 and I fuckin feel it dude. I can only do legs once a week because ill be limping if I do it twice. When I was 18 I could literally powerlift squats every single day, if I wanted (which I didnt thank god) but my knees would never be sore if I did. This is why I think its important to get in shape when ur young and then u just have to maintain it as ur older.
