I noticed that I'm always hot and never really cold about to years ago. My girlfriend likes it I keep her warm.

    People basal temperature does vary ..you are a little hot...it is normal...probably makes it easier to burn fat...but you may overheat in summer with strenuous exercise

    I'm almost always cold. When people are burning up, I'm cozy. When other people are cozy, I'm FREEZING

    I have been like this a lot recently. I don't like it though because I tend to overheat at night and it makes it hard to sleep. Sucks. I miss being cold all the time.
