I like to wear a nocturnalist style, not a more basic one, I just like the delicate and cutesy clothes, I just fell good wearing then. However I hate being called cute, some people will call me it even when they only see me wearing common clothes.
They think you look cute, I think it's fine to be called that, I wouldn't want to be called cute, but you really need to learn and accept that people like how you look. I think that a more positive way to think about it is that people enjoy being around you, and want to compliment you when you look good.
I'm not sure if your a guy or gal, but either way, people aren't normally trying to tease you. People call you cute as a compliment because they believe you are attractive, appealing to their eyes.
As such you may as well take advantage of it and enjoy it. :)
I be willing to bet you are a male and want or like to wear females clothes ?
So what, if you want to wear whatever you want, then wear what you want.
you should wear what you want, and if someone says something about it or you they are the ones with the problems. why cant everyone just accept everyone else
