I want to make racial jokes about people from different ethnics. Like, I want to make mock a chinese person for eating dogs or a black person stealing things and commiting crimes even though I KNOW that it's overgeneralization and racism. I don't want to disrecpect or insult, it's just for the laughs.
What's wrong with making racial jokes? Minorities deserve to made fun of.
If you don't mean to disrespect someone then maybe you shouldn't try to enforce racial stereotypes about them? Just a thought...
It's unfortunately very normal to be casually, even accidentally racist as the previous comments prove, but that doesn't mean you should keep doing it. Jokes don't "hurt" people, but neither do, say, kitchen knives until they're wielded by the wrong person. When you make a racist joke to an anti-Semite, for example, you are telling that anti-Semite that it is acceptable for him to hate Jews and that he is allowed to commit hate crimes, even if that wasn't your intention.

Yes, not that I'm actually racist, far from it. In fact I despise racism. But I do like to see self-righteous progressives' heads explode.
That's supper normal, jokes don't hurt anyone. As long as u don't tell these jokes in front of supper sensitive people I see no issues with it!
You're still considered racist for discriminating your own kind. But I get what you're implying since I could relate and with this, I can conclude that no matter where you are in the globe, people are still fucking racist. haha.
I personally am fine with it because I understand your humours intention but if I were you, and I come across this predicament a lot myself as well, I would just make sure I'd be careful around who I say the jokes too so not children, ignorant people who don't understand the dynamics of race and people who would use those jokes against anyone
Yes it is normal. But you need to accept that you are racist and that can hurt you sometimes. especially these days everyone is super sensitive about such things.
Racist means discriminating against another race or believing one race is superior to another. I've made jokes about asians all the time, but I live in s mostly Asian area and most of my friends are Asian, dose that mean I'm a racist?
Maybe i was wrong by making it look like i mean all racist jokes mean you are racist. But don't some people express their points and show that they think one race is superior to another or that one race is worse than all the other races by making jokes about it? It really depends on how you tell these jokes and who you tell them to.
Usually it's harmless little jokes told to my mom, like talking in a super stereo typical Asian accent and making fun of said Asians saying something stupid or stereotypical, usually about communism, North Korea or being bad at driving. Or I put on a British accent and pretend to be super rich and I complain about the "plebeians," so nothing I would really take offense to. (Also, I almost solely live around Asians and white people at the moment)
