This has nothing to do with adoption nor means you are adopted. Why would you attribute your negative relationships with your parents to being "adopted?"
Thats just silly, and pejorative. Adopted kids are loved every bit as much as non-adopted kids. They are not, as you seem to assume, second class.
Maybe you should spend some time figuring out why things are bad between you and your parents, what your responsibility is, and how to fix that.
