That i still haven't applied to any university.

I just graduated high school, and I have a pretty stellar GPA and a high SAT score. I wanted to go to many universities, but all of them are expensive, and right now I am learning German and trying to apply to Germany.

Is it normal that despite being such a high achieving student, I still didn't go to University? I am limited by my finance.

Oh and btw I am not eligible to most scholarships since I am not a US resident.
