I would have said "normal" because I can understand that a good hospital is probably a nice, clean place to be. But something about the tone of this (and the replying-to-yourself business) suggests you may have a bit of a hospital fetish/obsession you're trying to acknowledge in a way that doesn't seem healthy. Replying to yourself with negative comments and trying to make yourself seem like a victim or something. Nobody's attacking your hospital fetish, so being so defensive about it as to attempt to fake a negative comment is probably not normal.
