      Don't like jalapeno like serrano's and they are hotter. But neither are real hot. I make a sauce that few can eat. If you just dip your spoon in it, it makes a bowl of beans to hot for most people. capsaicin is addictive.

        True, I've fucked around with scotch bonnets, it's the smoky ,tomato adobo that is hopefully

          Capsaicin is in all peppers. I use hotter peppers than Serrano's by far.
