    If you're in a relationship or close friendship it's fine, but I wouldn't go around telling strangers that.

      Has it gotten that ridiculous, do we really need permission to give a female compliments these days. Ma'am, is it okay if I tell you that your feet are pretty? Miss, your so intelligent? Are the aforementioned grounds for harassment or perversion if not given permission first?

    Why pretty much everything a male would say to a woman is considered creepy? Even a compliment now? What's wrong with you?

    When I am complimented by women strangers I have absolutely no problem with that.

    If anyone other than a bf said that to me I’d think it was weird. Im into pedicures I paint mine all different colours and I share pics with my friends but not guys lmao gross

        Not saying the perceived perversion is justified, but if you randomly came up to a woman and said hey nice feet, she would be creeped out. I don't know excatly why its suspect, try it and ask her why after.
