  • About wishing you were a millionaire, you really don't. I used to think I did, until the way became promised to me. $1.1 M a year at Lockheed Martin. A person came to my college where I was excelling and hired me. Even before I graduated. He told me to finish up here and then my position is already sealed if I want it.
That is when I realized how easily anybody can be bought. And just how plastic everybody and everything was. I had two weeks and I only told two people, my parents and my roommate. And people were calling me from my hometown, wanting to go out. After 2 weeks I woke up in a hospital and they told me it was 6 weeks later and I had been comatose. Well, I really didn't like that kind of power anyway. Now I will just be a network tech. It's only 6 figures but that is good enough for me.
