When I was a teenager, I had a speech impairment that made it difficult for me to talk to others. My parents sent me to speech therapists, but this only made my frustrations worse. So, I can relate somewhat to what you are going through (even though my problem was different and not as severe as yours).
From what you have written, it is clear that you are intelligent, and your written communication skills are already superior to most others who are your age. Use this to your advantage, for now.
I don't know what your specific problem is, but you need to get it diagnosed by a *skilled* and *experienced* professional (psychologist, speech therapist, etc.). The problem is most such professionals, despite their credentials, don't really know what they are doing. So, *you* need to search for and evaluate such professionals and *choose* one you can work with, who you believe really understands the cause of your problem.
I would suggest searching the Internet for medical articles that describe your problem, with possible causes and cures. If these are too technical for you, get some adults to help you with this. Then, send e-mails to the authors of the articles, describing your problem, and asking for suggestions and recommendations on *who* might be able to help you. The sooner you get this problem solved, the better chance you will have in life. Verbal communication is critical to success in life.
I ended up going to an old, highly experienced, and well-respected speech pathologist, who was actually able to explain to me the cause of my problem. Within months, my problem was mostly cured.
