just to give an example, me standing behind my girl, cupping her breasts with my hands to cover them while she covers herself "downstairs" and i am covered by her, possible locked in a kiss, and it's clear we are both fully nude, but you see nothing.
For me thats heavily laden with a sexual overtone, but FAR from porn in any way, falling under erotic art FOR ME.
I don't claim, and never did, to be a specialist on this, so please feel free to enlighten me, as i'd love to understand. Why is that not sexual, or why is it porn, or, if it is sexual but no porn, why will that not be ok in your studio?
Hello TerryVie. Nice comment, you are right. That picture may be taken and would fall under Nude Art. As long as there is no penetration, self pleasure or stimulation, then we haven't crossed the fence so to speak. Now if you are holding your erect penis in your hand clearly shows this is not art. All actual art is art done in it's normal/natural state. I know what your saying now and appreciate your return comments. Thank you TerryVie!.........
You are welcome, i am glad we finally understood each other :)
I just got hung up on that "no sexual overtones" in your poll and didn't understand. As for the picture, i'm female, so i sure hope there's no erection on that shot. ;)
Taking Nude Photography from your Photo Shop: OPINION PLEASE.

TerryVie, erect penis or erect nipples are concidered art as long as it does not show fondling stimulation.........
