Takes me endless frustrating hours to write simple emails, iin?

I just finished an email with two sentences that took me two hours to write. It gave me a big fucking headache and I hate how much time I wasted on it... I wish I would care less about tone (too serious? not professional? sounds stupid? sounds weird?)
