Nadine, there is nothing wrong with joyfully splashing fully clothed in the water.

Someone happily soaked fully clothed - or better yet, fully dressed, in a pool, fountain, or swimming beach at a lake or in the ocean, is a beautiful sight.

I've received sweet laughter, smiles, and applause from women when I've danced singing into the water in dress clothes.

So dress up! Dive in! Enjoy with carefree abandon! :)
