Can't really vote on this, it depends on the girl. (I assume you mean swallow). Girls are people, they're not all the same. Some don't even like to give blowjobs. If you're dating someone you should probably just ask them what they like, that way there won't be any.. awkwardness the first time. You should also warn her when you're about to.. you know. That way she actually has time to decide what to do.
Also never force a girl to swallow, unless she likes it rough.
