    I monitored myself. Apparently I'm sitting down, and I reach around with my left hand while leaning to the right so my ass comes off the toilet on the left side and I can put my arm down. LOL!

    To OP - When you tried to wipe sitting were you going between your legs? If so, I'd say that's why it didn't work. I've been managing my whole life with zero toilet bowl contact.

      I did it from the right and tried to lean forward but it felt extremely unnatural and forced.
