    There’s an app called Amino
    They have hundreds of forums for specific things

    They like to keep stuff PG or PG-13 friendly though.
    So if you go on there acting like an ass they will just permanently remove you

    Also HelloTalk app if you want to learn a new language or about other cultures.
    I help English speakers learn Russian on there
