I would agree with you on students cheating into completing professional qualifications like assignments, but cheating does not made they will succeed. Nowadays, employers are not looking for bare qualifications, they look for deeper things than that. The same also goes to college admissions as more and more colleges require personal statements to admit. You can cheat your way through but it never means that you will succeed in real life.
