Yes the bleeding is the result of the depo shot. It is pretty light most of the time but noticeably there, some days its red, some days it's brown. Gross. It goes through phases or worsening.
I had something call a decidual cast also happen, which was crazy. This huge chunk of tissue fell out and I'm pretty sure my uterus is destroyed.
I would have included more backstory behind the bleeding but the point of the post was about period sex, I hope this info sheds more light onto the situation! I appreciate your concern and am sorry you had to go through bleeding as well.
