I'm a guy in my mid 20s, haven't had a girlfriend or any sex for quite a while, but have always had a healthy sexual appetite & masturbated frequently, often daily.

Lately my libido is still strong but not as high as normal & I'm also struggling to actually perform the act.

    I should have mentioned, when I say my sex drive isn't quite as high I mean I've dropped to maybe once or twice a week & I'm still struggling

        I have to really concentrate if that makes sense?

        Stress levels have probably gone up over the last few months too & no, I don't sleep well or much, so you could be on the money.
