When you say a woman is strong, you mean she has a strong mind, not big muscles. And having a strong mind can help you figure out the problem of heavy lifting. Even a single man can't do all heavy lifting by himself. It requires strength of character to convince people to help you lift that dead elephant off the train tracks.
It also means she isn't weak willed. She is strong enough to stand for her own convictions and beliefs and doesnt give in to bullying tactics. She can form her own opinions.
And I'm not so sure you can since you can't even interpret the saying with any depth. Just repeating some man bullshit.
