Strange things when i get aroused (female)

Every time I get horny, my stomach hurts horribly. It feels like someone is kicking me in the underbelly. My clit reacts normally, but the vaginal opening often hurts pretty badly.

I also wake up every morning with an urge to puke and a salty taste in my mouth. I barely even eat breakfast because it feels so shitty. It can't be morning sickness, I get periods and I have never fucked a dude.

I get similar "salty puke" sensations quite often after an orgasm. WTF?

    waking up and feeling like puke is normal , i used to not be able to stomach food for two hours so i skipped breakfast for 35 years
