Strange dreams

Im 34 and I have strange dreams. Last night I dreamt that breadcrumbs were attacking me with swords and the night before that I was eating paper towels and a week before that I was a bug that liked to eat carpet. I didn't think much of it until I woke up and I had the urge to eat carpet, paper towels and hitting breadcrumbs with sticks.
Is it normal?

    Funny but normal, dreams are always telling you something and sometimes it's given to you in the strangest ways. My dreams almost never make sense. Yours made me laugh, thanks for sharing them. :)

    Lately I've been having this recurring dream. I'm going through a tunnel; lights zoom by. I can never tell if there's an end or not. It's kind of relaxing.

    At least you do dream. My sleeps are just deep dark abysses which last for seconds before awakening.
