Strange dream about my ex

I had a strange dream about my ex whom is also my former best friend. I think probably cuz i've been thinking about him a bit lately and missed our friendship. Anyway in the dream I went over to his place with two gifts in the forms of fish. He let me in even though we hadn't seen each other in a long time in the dream either because he had some books or something he asked if I wanted to see and I said yes. While he was in the bathroom I looked through every single one of his drawers and found traces of his secret ex-girlfriend (the one he in real life started dating while we were still friends but didnt tell me) like several drawers of nail polish. Then we sat on his sofa and infront of it he had an open cage with a white/yellow lop rabbit in it that was just sitting there cleaning itself. Then I said we have to go outside because of the corona virus and he said he didnt wanna so I walked to the other side of the room and said okay then i'll just keep my distance then he told me he's so anxious due to everything and I said I am too. Then he said I have a special place in his heart and I said "aw thats such a beautiful thing to say, I feel the same way". Then he gave me a long hug before I left. He was also shirtless the whole time for some reason and his place was messy and smelled weird. The dream was really weird because I randomly handed him fish through the open window but our interaction felt very real.
